ACHA Poll #4 released
November 21, 2003 - Four-time defending ACHA Division 1 National Champion Penn State remains at the top of this weeks polls. The Nittany Lions received 23 of a possible 31 first-place votes. #2 Illinois received two first-place votes. From #3-20, teams continued to bounce around the polls, as all but two of those teams moved positions from ranking #3. #3 Rhode Island moved up two spots and received five first-place votes, while #5 Lindenwood moved up two spots and received one first-place vote. #4 Michigan-Dearborn fell one spot, while #6 Ohio and #7 Minot State each jumped up two spots. #8 Iowa State sank four spots, while Weber State fell three spots and came in at #9. Delaware stayed pat at #10, while Eastern Michigan and Washington & Jefferson each rose a spot to come in at #11 and #12 respectively. #13 Arizona fell two spots, while #14 West Chester and #15 Towson flip-flopped spots from the last ranking. #16 Drexel held ground, while #17 Saint Louis and #18 Arizona State traded spots, as did #19 Kent State and #20 Robert Morris (IL).


The next ranking will be released on Friday, December 5th.
